Nicoll-Klokstad to start in centres for Kiwis at Eden Park

One New Zealand Warriors fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad has been switched to the centres for the New Zealand Kiwis' Pacific Championships clash against Tonga at Eden Park today (6.05pm kickoff).

Nicoll-Klokstad was originally named to start in the #1 jersey but, following the loss of winger Sebastian Kris, he has been moved into the centres with Casey McLean going onto the wing.

That sees Keano Kini coming into the side at fullback.

Kris and Nelson Asofa-Solomona were both ruled out after picking up calf injuries at training this week.

Their withdrawals leave the Kiwis with the bare game day complement of 19 players.

Scott Sorensen has been confirmed as 18th man with Zach Dockar-Clay 19th man.
