HMC Team List: Run-in kicks off to end of regular season

After an enforced break in the competition, the One New Zealand Warriors begin their three-game run to the end of the regular season with a visit to Leichhardt Oval in Sydney on Sunday to face the Balmain Tigers (10.00am kick-off local time; 12.00pm NZT).

Sitting on 10 points from four wins plus two points for their bye, the Warriors are well-placed in third spot on the ladder just two behind leader Illawarra, the only side with a perfect record.

But there’s little in it.

While the Central Coast Roosters and the Warriors are second and third on 10 points, there are six teams just behind them on eight points - and the Warriors have to play two of those sides (the Rabbitohs and the Roosters) in the final two rounds.

For now there’s only one game that matters – Sunday’s encounter with the Tigers.

They sit further down the ladder on six points with two wins and three losses.

Last time out the Warriors found their best attacking form of the season to win 34-10 against Western Suburbs. It's must-win time every week now.
