PERTH, AUSTRALIA - JUNE 06: Ben Matulino of the Warriors tries to evade the tackle by Ben Lowe of the Rabbitohs during the 2015 NRL Round 13 Rugby League match between the Vodafone Warriors and The Rabbitohs at NIB Stadium, Perth, Australia on June 6, 2015. Disappointment didn't begin to describe the collective mood after the Vodafone Warriors were left to reflect on a grim loss in a contest South Sydney were able to dominate in Perth last night.

The score-line of 4-36 was built on a raft of team and individual statistics which further underlined the ultimate outcome.

The Rabbitohs completed an impressive 31 of 39 sets while the Vodafone Warriors managed just 19 from 32. The metres gained favoured the victors 2007 to 1424 while they had 196 runs in total to the Vodafone Warriors' 144; the line breaks were 9-2 and tackle breaks 37-14 while the Rabbitohs had to make only 282 tackles to 366 for the Vodafone Warriors.

As well as that the Vodafone Warriors lost experienced outside back Jonathan Wright for more than half the match after a head knock while captain Simon Mannering went off just before halftime for the same reason. The fact South Sydney scored 14 points in those critical few minutes before halftime when Mannering was off the field was more than coincidental.

He returned for the second half and once again finished the match as the Vodafone Warriors' busiest and most effective defender, making 46 tackles without a miss.

While the magnitude of the defeat and the manner of it disappointed all concerned, there were some strong individual displays. Check out the numbers here:
