Otahuhu Colleges second straight win has taken it to the top of the Warriors Cup championship in the College Rugby League Premier First XIII Competition.

After beating Kelston Boys High School last week, Otahuhu recovered from a 6-12 halftime deficit to beat the impressive Westlake Boys High School side 20-12 in yesterdays second-round encounter.

With St Pauls College surprisingly held to a 6-6 draw at home by Kelston Boys High School, Otahuhu is the only team with a perfect record after the first two rounds.

St Pauls and Kelston were locked up at 6-6 at halftime in their clash at St Pauls College, the home side retaining the University Cup after a scoreless second half.

In the third match in the Warriors Cup, Mount Albert Grammar School rebounded from last weeks loss to Westlake with a 16-6 win over Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate at Ngati Otara Park.

Papakura High School and Tangaroa College are both on four points in the Warriors Plater after their second straight wins yesterday as are James Cook High School and Aorere College in the Warriors Bowl.
