NRLW Confirmed Lineup: Three players out of Canberra clash

No further lineup changes have been made after confirmation yesterday that three original selections had been ruled out of the One New Zealand Warriors’ round two NRLW encounter with the Raiders at GIO Stadium in Canberra today (12.00pm noon kick-off local time; 2.00pm NZT),

Gayle Broughton, who made an outstanding club debut against the Bulldogs last week, picked up a quad injury on Thursday night which is expected to sideline her for several weeks.

The Warriors have also lost left winger Lavinia Tauhalaliku, a double try scorer last week, and forward Felilia Kia. With a number of other players unavailable through injury, the club has been left with just 17 fit players for today’s match.

The defections will result in two players making their club and NRLW debuts – Natalia Hickling from the bench and Ocean Tierney on the wing – while Black Ferns superstar Stacey Waaka plays her first game for the Warriors after previously representing the Broncos.
