One New Zealand Warriors front rower Jackson Ford has moved within three points of top spot on the leaderboard as the Dally M voting goes behind closed doors.
Ford picked up two points for his performance in the Warriors’ 30-12 win over the Dragons on Saturday night to edge to 35 while Penrith halfback Nathan Cleary is on 38 after 12 rounds.
One New Zealand Warriors played again claimed all 12 available points with halfback Te Maire Martin awarded four, winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak three, Ford and loose forward Erin Clark two each and winger Alofi’ana Khan-Pereira one.
In another 80-minute effort, Ford finished the game with 171 metres from 16 runs and 48 tackles.
