Roosters: A late change an hour before kick-off with Lindsay Collins coming into the starting side at prop, Siosiua Taukeiaho going to lock and Isaac Liu to the bench.

Brett Morris will return from a groin injury in place of Ryan Hall, who dropped out of the side an hour before kick-off along with Poasa Faamausili.

Captain Boyd Cordner is back after being rested due to a head knock, pushing Mitch Aubusson to the bench. Nat Butcher and Drew Hutchison were culled from the squad on Thursday night. The club announced Butcher suffered "a minor injury at training late in the week". The Roosters have won their past 10 games at the SCG.

Raiders: Kai O'Donnell has come into the starting side an hour before kick-off with Joseph Tapine going to the bench.

Curtis Scott has been ruled out due to an infected cut on his arm, with debutant Semi Valemei replacing him on the bench.

Hooker Josh Hodgson (knee) and Bailey Simonsson (shoulder) have joined the injury list, with Siliva Havili and Jordan Rapana starting in their places and Tom Starling coming onto the interchange.

Reserve halfback Matt Frawley joined Scott in being omitted 24 hours from kick-off while Darby Medlyn and Sam Williams were cut an hour before kick-off.

The Raiders play their first game at the SCG since the 1987 grand final.

Wests Tigers: Michael Maguire's side will start 1-17 after Oliver Clark and Michael Chee-Kam were the two players dropped from the squad an hour before kick-off. Josh Aloiai, David Nofoaluma and assistant coach Brett Hodgson were tested for COVID-19 on Thursday because they live in south-western Sydney suburbs that have been identified as hotspots.

Veteran playmaker Benji Marshall and young five-eighth Billy Walters are the new starting halves duo. Tommy Talau returns from a hamstring injury on the wing in place of Reece Hoffman. Hoffman and Shawn Blore were omitted from the reserves 24 hours before kick-off. Wests Tigers have won two of their past six games at Leichhardt.

Broncos: Richie Kennar will play his first game at centre for the Broncos this year against Wests Tigers on Friday night. Herbie Farnworth, who suffered a bad cork in the win over the Bulldogs, failed a fitness test on Thursday morning. Reserves Tom Dearden and Rhys Kennedy were the two players omitted an hour before kick-off. Along with Farnworth, Tyson Gamble was the other player to drop out of the extended squad on Thursday night.

Ben Te'o will start in the back row for injured skipper Alex Glenn with Joe Ofahengaue back from suspension on the bench in the only change from last week's drought-breaking win over Canterbury.

Winger Xavier Coates has a thigh complaint but is expected to play. The Broncos have won eight of their past 10 games against the Tigers.

Rabbitohs: Prop Mark Nicholls is free to take his bench position after successfully challenging the grading of a dangerous contact charge at the judiciary on Tuesday.

The Eels are hopeful star second-rower Matterson will only miss one week.

Junior Paulo will take his place despite back spasms ruling him out of the second half last week.

Rookie Stefano Utoikamanu gets a second game despite a slight biosecurity breach after full-time against the Knights. The Eels have won nine of their past 11 games against the Sea Eagles.

Warriors: Warriors coach Todd Payten has reshuffled his forward pack an hour before kick-off. Jack Hetherington (No.15) will start at lock with Karl Lawton moving into the second row and Eliesa Katoa dropping back to the bench. Panthers: The Panthers will start 1-17 with Mitch Kenny and Malakai Watene-Zelezniak the two players left out an hour before kick-off. Centre Dean Whare returns with Brent Naden moving to the wing in place of Charlie Staines. Matt Burton and Lindsay Smith were the players omitted from the reserves bench on Saturday.

The Panthers return to their home ground for the first time since Round 1.

Cowboys: Daejarn Asi will start at five-eighth, with Mitchell Dunn dropping back to the bench. Corey Jensen and Murray Tualagi were the two players omitted 60 minutes before game time.

With Val Holmes set to be sidelined for two months with an ankle injury, Justin O'Neill returns on the wing. 

North Queensland on Friday were granted an exemption to replace props Jordan McLean (calf) and John Asista (knee) in the 21-man squad. Ben Hampton drops off the bench with Reuben Cotter joining the interchange and Emry Pere the other player omitted from the squad 24 hours before kick-off. The Cowboys have won five of their past seven games against the Panthers.
