The Poutama (stepped pattern) signifies the growth of man and striving upwards. The design is mirror-imaged so that the steps climb upwards from both sides to reach the summit.
The steps symbolize levels of attainment and advancement, while aligning with our “All In” philosophy as we strive towards greater heights in 2020.
