The Vodafone Warriors have retained top ranking across the NRL for membership satisfaction.
For the second survey running, members have rated the club number one for overall membership satisfaction, overall cost satisfaction and overall value satisfaction.
The Vodafone Warriors also ranked highest in the net promoter score (the likelihood of members encouraging others to become members) in the season-ending survey.
“We really appreciate the way our members have responded,” said Vodafone Warriors fan engagement manager Aaron Lawton.
“Our memberships team has put in a lot of hard work to improve what we have to offer as well as our overall service. It’s hugely important to us that we constantly lift our standards for our loyal members and also find ways of building our membership base.
“We have seen some real benefits across the 2018 season but we also know we need to be even better in our goal to attract new members.”
For the 2019 NRL season the Vodafone Warriors introduced a standard membership rate of $199.00 across all adult categories, a reduction of more than $200.00 in many cases.
The club has also created a Super Membership which gives the ultimate fan a next-level experience.
