The second set of this year's footy clinic holiday programme is just a few weeks away with a jam-packed schedule for kids this school holidays.

For kids between the ages of 10-13, the clinics will be held on Wednesday 12th-Thursday 13th of July and for those between the ages of 7-10 theirs will be held on Wednesday 19th-Thursday 20th of July.

In April, the first footy clinic was themed as the ‘preseason’ where the participants underwent fitness testing and learnt football skills to apply during their own games or off the field.

Our theme for our July footy clinics is ‘The Midseason’ which has many opportunities for the kids to learn everything rugby league and basic life skills through fun games.

Health and wellbeing is important to us here at the Vodafone Warriors, and as athletes the kids will participate in the latest incorporation of a St John’s First Aid Course.

The St John’s First Aid Course will provide kids with necessity life skills including healthcare and leadership through confidence building activities.

As such, our July footy clinics will also replicate exciting activities from April. Not only will the kids have a chance to watch the Vodafone Warriors train on the paddock for a field session but they will also be able to meet their biggest idols in person.

A club tour here at Mount Smart Stadium is also instore including a look into the gym and changing sheds.

For those who were involved in the April footy clinic, they had a blast! So make sure you register for the July footy clinic. It’s not too late.

Each Footy Clinic will be $99 per child.
