Three team awards are given out each month to the players, Defender of the month, Attacking player of the month and Mana Award.
The award winners for March are as follows:
Canterbury Defender of the month | Simon Mannering
Captain Mannering has been a rock in defence over the month of March, averaging 25.5 tackles a game and only making three errors in that same period
ASICS Attacking player of the month | Jacob Lillyman
Big Jacob Lillyman has been in career best form averaging 141.75m per game in the first month of the competition
Vodafone Mana Award | Thomas Leuluai
Though Leuluai missed the first three rounds through injury he continued to be a leader both on the training paddock and off the field.
