The accolade follows his recognition for his on-field qualities when he was recently named in the NYC Team of the Year.

Its a hectic week for the former Birkenhead College old boy.

He led the Vodafone Junior Warriors to a hard-fought 20-18 victory over South Sydney in last Friday nights NYC elimination final at ANZ Stadium before returning to Sydney for the RLPA Awards on Tuesday night.

Tonight he will join his team-mates at the Vodafone Warriors annual NYC Awards dinner at the SKYCITY Convention Centre, featuring as a finalist for the Vodafone NYC Player of the Year award. At last years awards he was named the TNT Young NYC Player of the Year and was also a finalist for the supreme Vodafone NYC Player of the Year and the DEWALT Clubman of the Year.

And tomorrow Bhana will return to Sydney with the Vodafone Junior Warriors for their NYC semi-final against the Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium on Friday night.
