NRLW Confirmed Lineup: Nicholls back for season finale
Captain Apii Nicholls returns from injury for the One New Zealand Warriors’ final NRLW regular season clash against the Broncos at Totally Workwear Stadium in Brisbane today (12.00pm kick-off local time, 2.00pm NZT).
After missing the last three games with a hand injury, Nicholls slots back into fullback in jersey #21.
In a reshuffle, Stacey Waaka – listed at fullback in the 24-hour update – moves back into the centres and Tysha Ikenasio, returning from an ankle injury, starts on the wing.
She picked up her injury in the round nine loss to the Dragons sidelining her for last Saturday’s match against the Sharks.
The Warriors’ slim hopes of making the finals were ended when they lost 32-40 to the Sharks last Saturday.
Today they’ll seek a positive finish to their second season back in the competition when they face last year’s premiership winners.

Included in the Warriors’ side are three players who were part of that Brisbane victory last year in centre Mele Hufanga, standoff Gayle Broughton and prop Annetta Nuuausala as well as former Bronco Waaka.
The Warriors will be seeking to end a run of four straight defeats since beating Newcastle in Hamilton on August 8.
