Te Taiao unveiled for home clash against Knights

Te Taiao has been unveiled for the One New Zealand Warriors’ penultimate match of the NRL regular season against the Knights at Go Media Stadium on August 30.

Inspired by Aotearoa’s natural environment, the jersey together with a puffer and fleece went on presale to members through warriorsstore.co.nz at 8.00am today before being available to the public from 7.00pm. The puffer and fleece are on preorder arrival for late July.

Created by Dynasty Sport’s lead designer Nate Inivale, the Te Taiao jersey is “a tribute to the land, waters and living ecosystems that shape who we are.

“Drawing influence from the maunga, ngahere, awa and moana, the design reflects the deep connection between people and place, celebrating the unique landscapes that unite communities across New Zealand.”

The concept behind the jersey was influenced by native flora and the resilience, resourcefulness and hardworking spirit of Kiwis.

Te Taiao represents strength, balance and respect for the natural world serving as a reminder that the environment is not simply where New Zealanders come from, but is an integral part of the nation's identity.

Designed for supporters, this replica jersey mirrors the look worn by the players on-field, combining meaningful storytelling with everyday comfort and Dynasty Ecotek performance.
