Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad will start at fullback in the One New Zealand Warriors’ round seven clash against Gold Coast at Go Media Stadium today (5.00pm kick-off).
The veteran returns from a one-week absence with a neck injury after starting in the centres in his last two outings against Wests Tigers and the Sharks.
Wearing jersey #22, he slots into his normal position with Taine Tuaupiki going to the bench for the clash which again sees the Zae Wallace Shield at stake.
Left out of the game day 20 was standoff Luke Hanson, who played for the New South Wales Cup side in the curtain raiser.
Confirmed on the six-man bench is co-captain Mitchell Barnett who returns after surgery on the thumb he broke against the Tigers.

The two players omitted from the originally selected 22 at the 24-hour mark wer back rowers Morgan Gannon and Eddie Ieremia-Toeava who both appeared for the club’s New South Wales Cup side today.
Back in the side after missing the last five rounds is second rower Kurt Capewell, who picked up a calf injury in the warm-up before the round two clash with Canberra.
He comes straight back into the second row alongside Leka Halasima.
Of the 17 players used in Saturday night’s drought-breaking 38-14 win over the Storm the only player not selected is front rower Tanner Stowers-Smith who is sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Also unavailable are Adam Pompey (suspended), Luke Metcalf (hamstring), Te Maire Martin (leg) and Rocco Berry (shoulder).
Capewell’s return results in Marata Niukore returning to the interchange where he was originally named last week.
The match will edge standoff Chanel Harris-Tavita within one game of his 100th outing for the Warriors since his debut in 2019.
The One New Zealand Warriors have finished the first quarter of the regular season with a 4-2 record sitting third on the ladder; they’ve been inside the top four every week but one of the campaign so far, holding first spot for a week after round three.
In their four wins they have scored 158 points while conceding just 50.
In the Titans they face a side which has caused difficulty on numerous occasions as one of the most dangerous sides in the competition. That was reinforced when they blazed their way to a 52-10 win over Parramatta on Sunday.
Overall the Warriors hold a 21-15 advantage over the Titans in 36 encounters but Gold Coast has won six of the last eight matches between the two sides prevailing in each of their last three visits to Go Media Stadium (2023, 2024 and 2025).
Lining up against their old club will be halfback Tanah Boyd, loose forward Erin Clark and 2026 signing Alofi’ana Khan-Pereira.
