Maxigesic Recovery Report: Three players cleared to return

While Kurt Capewell, Mitchell Barnett and Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad have been cleared to return promising One New Zealand Warriors prop Tanner Stowers-Smith faces time on the sideline with a hamstring injury.

Capewell (calf), Barnett (thumb) and Nicoll-Klokstad (neck) have all been named in the squad to face the Gold Coast Titans at Go Media Stadium on Saturday.

Capewell has missed the last five games, Barnett was out for the last two and Nicoll-Klokstad was ruled out of last Saturday’s match against the Storm.

Stowers-Smith picked up a moderate hamstring strain in the 38-14 win over Melbourne which will keep him out until round 11-12.

Meanwhile, a return to play timeframe of round nine has been set for halfback Luke Metcalf while young playmaker Jye Linnane (knee) is set to come back in round 11-12.
