Maxigesic Recovery Report: Barnett back, trio ruled out

While Mitchell Barnett has been cleared, three experienced first-choice players are sidelined for the One New Zealand Warriors’ third-round NRL clash against the Knights in Newcastle on Saturday.

Fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad is following concussion protocols following a head knock late in last Friday night’s 40-6 win over Canberra.

Standoff Chanel Harris-Tavita is doing likewise after leaving the field just nine minutes into the match.

Both players will be available for the round four home match against Wests Tigers on March 27.

Second rower Kurt Capewell is set to miss a total of four games after picking up a calf injury in the warm-up last Friday night. He is in line to return for the round six match against the Storm in Melbourne.
