SG Ball Team List: Refreshed side seeking bounce back

After two disappointing losses, the One New Zealand Warriors will be seeking a response when they face the Central Coast Roosters in their round four SG Ball Cup (under-19) clash at Bruce Pulman Park in Takanini on Sunday (11.30am kick-off).

They come off a bye taking on a visiting Roosters side which has suffered three heavy defeats in the opening three rounds.

While most of the squad had the week off a number of them had the experience of playing for the Warriors’ New South Wales Cup side in a trial against Redcliffe in Logan last Saturday.

Captain Gordon Afoa, loose forward Tyson Hansen, fullback Joseph Ratcliffe and second rower Dezman Laban were all on the bench.

They’re back with the SG Ball team on Sunday while the Warriors will also be buoyed by second rower Bishop Neal’s return after he missed the last outing against South Sydney following a head knock.
