HMC Team List: Changed up side for round four clash

Refreshed after their bye last week, the One New Zealand Warriors will take a new-look lineup into their round four Harold Matthews Cup (under-17) clash against the Central Coast Roosters at Bruce Pulman Park in Takanini on Sunday (10.00am kick-off).

The defending premiers had a challenging start to the campaign with back-to-back home losses to well-drilled Manly Warringah and South Sydney sides.

Last updated:

Warriors head coach Albert Vete has made a number of changes to his side.

Kaian Olsen again starts at fullback, Daniel Kali in the centres and Blake Bruce on the wing but there are adjustments in the rest of the backline with Chris Sa’u moving from the wing to the centres, CJ Henry-Poutoa coming onto the flank, Keanu Simpson switched from standoff to halfback and Bailey Maruariki-Butler named in jersey #6.

The front row of Kenny Lafituanai, Kayce Perese-Sukroo and Hanita Takula remains, captain Tusi Fanolua returns in the second row after missing the South Sydney match with Rilee McGrath Huggins and Christiano Elia.

A number of new faces have also been included on the nine-man bench.
