Team Update: RTS to miss Preseason Challenge

Winger Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is out of the One New Zealand Warriors’ Preseason Challenge clash against Manly Warringah at McLean Park in Napier on Saturday (3.40pm kick-off).

He has picked up a low-grade hamstring injury at training ahead of the Warriors’ trip to Hawke’s Bay.

He’ll also miss the February 20 trial against the Dolphins but will be available for the round one NRL encounter with the Sydney Roosters at Go Media Stadium on March 6.

Replacing Tuivasa-Sheck on the left wing on Saturday will be highly promising 20-year-old Motu Pasikala, who was originally included on the extended bench.

Coming into the squad is 20-year-old hooker Jaydee Auloa.
