After multiple changes at the 24-hour mark, no further shuffling has been made to the One New Zealand Warriors’ lineup for their Indigenous Round clash against the Canberra Raiders at FMG Stadium Waikato/Home of the Tainui People in Hamilton/Kirikiriroa tonight (7.15pm kick-off).
Former North Queensland winger Lavinia Tauhalaliku will make her club debut in a side missing Apii Nicholls, Emily Curtain and Patricia Maliepo.
Halfback Curtain has had her season cruelly ended after suffering a knee injury at training on Wednesday night.
Captain Nicholls (pectoral) and Maliepo (calf) are expected to be available for next week’s home encounter with the Sharks.
The absences of Nicholls, Curtain and Maliepo have caused major lineup changes.

Wearing Te Kahu Here, the club’s first-ever NRLW indigenous jersey, the Warriors will be playing the first of three standalone home games in Hamilton.
Head coach Ron Griffiths had originally listed the same 17 players used in last Saturday’s club record 34-6 win over the Bulldogs in the first week of the double Indigenous Round.
The Warriors are coming off the first back-to-back wins in the club’s NRLW history after accounting for North Queensland (12-6) in Magic Round and then the Bulldogs. The wins have moved the Warriors into the top six for the first time; they rank sixth on attack with 96 points scored and seventh on defence with 98 points conceded (66 of those coming in losses to the Roosters and Knights).
Chasing a third straight victory they face a Raiders side which is languishing at the bottom of the ladder after six consecutive defeats (with the worst defence conceding 226 points).
Left winger Payton Takimoana is second equal among the top try scorers with seven in six games, scoring in each of her last five games.
