One New Zealand Warriors second rower Jacob Laban faces six weeks on the sideline with a leg fracture while hooker Wayde Egan is out indefinitely with a shoulder issue.
Laban had his leg fractured in a tackle by Dolphins forward Felise Kaufusi which resulted in the veteran forward being sin binned and subsequently suspended.
Egan missed the match against the Dolphins following a head knock but is now troubled by a shoulder complaint
Laban and Egan join four others on the NRL injured list – Rocco Berry (shoulder), Ali Leiataua (ankle), Mitchell Barnett (knee) and Luke Metcalf (knee).
Two players are unavailable for the One New Zealand Warriors’ NRLW side this week. Michaela Brake is out for personal reasons while second rower Shakira Baker is out for another week with a pectoral issue.
