After their homecoming win over the Eels two weeks ago, the One New Zealand Warriors are seeking to back it up against the Gold Coast Titans at Go Media Stadium today.

The Ronald Griffiths-coached side shut out the Eels in round two but fell to the Knights on their challenging road trip to Newcastle.

A return to Auckland is the perfect opportunity to bounce back against the Gold Coast.

The Titans secured a confidence-building win over the Wests Tigers last week, their first victory of the season.

Captain and Kiwi Ferns star Georgia Hale is set to return from suspension in a major boost for the visitors to take on her former team.

Team news

One New Zealand Warriors: The loss of Shakira Baker to a pectoral injury sees Maarire Puketapu move into the starting side and Metanoia Fotu-Moala join the bench for her NRLW debut. With Emily Curtain nursing a hip injury, Lydia Turua-Quedley will start at halfback. Avery-Rose Carmont is set for her NRLW debut off the bench. Kalyn Takitimu-Cook remained in the squad when it was trimmed on Friday and is a chance of returning from a hamstring injury.

Titans: Captain Georgia Hale returns from suspension to face her former club, triggering reshuffle of the forwards. Sienna Lofipo shifts from lock to prop and Takoda Thompson moves to the interchange. Canadian talent Megan Pakulis drops off the bench and has been named in the reserves. The backline remains unchanged, with Jaime Chapman at fullback and Lauren Brown at halfback. No changes in Friday's 24-hour update with Taliah Fuimaono the 18th player.
