Maxigesic Recovery Report: Leiataua out with ankle injury

A new ankle injury has sidelined One New Zealand Warriors centre Ali Leiataua with a timeline on his return yet to be confirmed.

Appearing for the club’s New South Wales side against Newtown last Saturday, he was having his first game back after an injury stint.

On the 59-minute mark he went down with an ankle complaint forcing him off the field.

Centre Rocco Berry (hamstring) is on track to be available for the Warriors’ round 16 match against Penrith on June 21.
