The Warriors have held off a fast-finishing Rabbitohs to claim a tight victory at Accor Stadium.

The visitors looked the have the match wrapped up when they jumped out to a 30-12 lead, however South Sydney had other ideas and captain Latrell Mitchell did everything he could to carry his team back into the contest as they pulled to within six.

A 73rd minute try to Roger Tuivasa-Sheck put the comeback to bed to secure a 36-30 victory.

The action then headed west to CommBank Stadium, where Nathan Cleary delivered a second-half masterclass to lead Penrith past Parramatta.

The halfback produced a crucial 40-20 before playing a key role in in the match-sealing try as the Panthers claimed an 18-10 win.

The Raiders then closed out an entertaining day of football with a come-from-behind victory over the Roosters at Allianz Stadium.

The hosts led 18-8 midway through the second half before Ricky Stuart's men scored three tries in 15 minutes to take a 26-18 lead.

Robert Toia eventually scored a last-gasp try for the Roosters but it was too little too late and the Raiders held on to claim their 10th win of the season.

NRL Press Conference: Roosters v Raiders - Round 13, 2025

Full-time: The Raiders have held on to secure their fifth come-from-behind victory over the season and climb to second on the ladder. The Roosters threw plenty at their opponents in the final set of the match, but a Victor Radley ultimately brought an end to their comeback hopes.

The hosts led 18-8 after 53 minutes however Ricky Stuart's men then lifted their game to another level and promptly ran in three tries in 15 minutes to run over the top of their opponents.

Ethan Sanders was impressive in his first NRL match for the Raiders and his performance shows the future is bright when Jamal Fogarty departs at the end of the season. Roosters 24 - Raiders 26.

Robert Toia Try

79th minute: The Roosters have set up a grandstand finish, with Robert Toia breaking multiple tackles to score a try that keeps their faint hopes alive. The try came on the back of a bomb, with the Raiders spilling the ball before the hosts shifted the ball to the right and Toia did the rest. The Roosters have 67 seconds to try and pull off a thrilling comeback. Roosters 24 - Raiders 26.

Ethan Strange Try

74th minute: Kaeo Weekes take a bow. The Raiders fullback fielded a Roosters bomb, evaded Billy Smith and set off downfield. Weekes surged through a scattered defensive line before drawing James Tedesco to send Ethan Strange over for a stunning 80-metre try. Safe to say Ricky Stuart is pretty happy on the sidelines, with his side now leading by more than a converted try with five minutes to play. Roosters 18 - Raiders 26.

Joseph Tapine Try

64th minute: The Raiders have gone bang-bang and suddenly they have the lead. The visitors have made three trips into attacking territory in the second half and they've come away with three tries. The kicking game of Owen Pattie played another crucial role, the hooker kicking from dummy half and Joseph Tapine grounding the ball to level the scores. Ethan Sanders added the extra points to put his side in front. Roosters 18 - Raiders 20.

Hudson Young Try

59th minute: It hasn't taken long for the Raiders to hit back, with a Roosters error putting the visitors back on the attack. Canberra ran the ball on the last tackle and Savelio Tamale looked like he was about to be bundled into touch before he produced a miracle offload for Hudson Young to score. Daniel Tupou Try

55th minute: Daniel Tupou has produced some spectacular finishes throughout his career but that may go down as one of the most bizarre we've seen. James Tedesco broke through the Raiders defensive line before he was dragged down by Ethan Strange.

The Roosters then shifted left and Tupou charged down the wing only to be tackled by Xavier Savage who slipped off the tackle. The winger then laid on the ground a metre short of the line before the referee confirmed he was not held and he promptly flopped over the try line. Roosters 18 - Raiders 8.

Simi Sasagi Try

46th minute: The Raiders were forced to work hard throughout the opening minutes of the second half but Owen Pattie has flipped the field with a superb 40/20. The Roosters initially held firm defensively, before Ethan Sanders produced a perfect kick and Simi Sasagi beat James Tedesco to the ball and grounded it for just the third try of his career. Pattie launches a big 40/20

Kick off: We are back for the second half, with the Roosters holding an eight-point lead despite defending for the vast majority of the first 40 minutes. The Raiders will hope the work their opponents have done will come back to hurt them as the match wears on, with Canberra eager to continue building pressure. Roosters 12 - Raiders 4.

Half-time: The Raiders looked to have produced a long-range effort to close out the half, however hooker Owen Pattie was in front of the kicker when the play began all the way back on halfway.

The penalty handed the Roosters one set of six to extend their lead and they capitalised when James Tedesco scored on the stroke of half-time. The try ensured the hosts entered the break up by eight despite Canberra's dominance throughout the opening 40.

James Tedesco Try

The Roosters also received some positive news with Victor Radley returning to the field after passing his HIA.

A frustrated Canberra side enters the sheds after a pair of controversial calls led to Tedesco's try but they'll need to quickly regroup and switch back on to start the second half. Roosters 12 - Raiders 4

33rd minute: The Raiders have dominated this half and they've finally broken through. Canberra have had a whopping 35 tackles inside the attacking 20m zone and it was only a matter of time before the Roosters cracked. Xavier Savage was the man to score, beating a number of defenders to finish off a well-worked right-side shift and score his ninth try of the season.

Mark Nawaqanitawase Try

6th minute: Is there anything Mark Nawaqanitawase can't do? This time he's soared through the air like an AFL player to take a spectacular catch and score the first points of this match. The winger bobbled the ball on the way down, however regathered it in time and the Bunker gave it the all clear. Sandon Smith added the extras to make it 6-0. Roosters 6 - Raiders 0.

Kick off: We are underway in the final game of Round 13, with the resurgent Roosters hosting the high-flying Raiders in what should be a Sunday night thriller. The hosts will have first use of the ball and they'll be looking to set the tone early. Roosters 0 - Raiders 0

NRL Press Conference: Panthers v Eels - Round 13, 2025

Full-time: Penrith have closed out the contest to secure their fourth win of the year and lift themselves off the bottom of the table. As is expected, star halfback Nathan Cleary took control of the match in the final 20 minutes to lift his team to an 18-10 victory.

Parramatta were gallant in defeat and hit the front when Josh Addo-Carr scored in the 45th minute but they could not go with their opponents when the Panthers elevated the intensity. Panthers 18 - Eels 10.

74th minute: The Panthers big guns know when to stand up in the big moments and all five Origin players have just featured in a crucial try. Isaah Yeo got the ball at first receiver, before linking up with Nathan Cleary. The halfback sucked in Dylan Brown and passed to Dylan Edwards, with Liam Martin running a decoy line, and the fullback produced a superb pass for Brian To'o to score. Cleary then sent the conversion over the black dot to push the lead out beyond a converted try. Panthers 18 - Eels 10.

58th minute: Penrith have been threatening for a while and now they've hit back. Casey McLean has produced a brilliant piece of skill to drop the ball on his foot and deliver a perfectly weighted grubber for Tom Jenkins to ground in the corner. Nathan Cleary had an off night with the boot on Wednesday night, but he's been superb today and nailed the conversion from the sideline to put his side in front.

The Eels have received some good news with Kitione Kautoga passing his HIA. Panthers 12 - Eels 10.

Josh Addo-Carr Try

46th minute: We have a Flying Foxx at CommBank Stadium with Josh Addo-Carr soaring through the air to produce a spectacular finish in the corner. A Penrith error put the Eels on the attack and they produced a well-worked play to the left edge to break down the Panthers defence. Handy work by Dylan Brown on the inside helped create space for Addo-Carr, who just beat a diving Izack Tago to score in the corner. Zac Lomax then slipped over as he kicked the conversion but still managed to send it through the posts.
