One New Zealand Warriors halfback Luke Metcalf has snared maximum Dally M points for the second time this season following his display in the club’s Anzac Day win over Newcastle in Christchurch.
In the seventh-round captain Mitchell Barnett was awarded to full six points for his performance in the win over Brisbane while previously hooker Wayde Egan and fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad scored six points against Wests Tigers and the Roosters.
Metcalf has now moved into the frame on the leaderboard with 15 points to sit equal eighth, 10 behind the leader Cronulla Sutherland fullback Will Kennedy.
While Metcalf bagged six points, the remaining six available were split between forwards Leka Halasima, Erin Clark and Jackson Ford with two each.
