JFC Team List: More SG Ball players make step up

More SG Ball Cup (under-19) players have been called into the One New Zealand Warriors’ Jersey Flegg Cup (under-21) side for Saturday’s round seven clash against St George Illawarra at Go Media Stadium (2.50pm kick-off).

Last week SG Ball captain Kahu Capper (18) and 17-year-old prop Gordon Afoa made their Jersey Flegg debuts in the side’s 22-28 loss to Cronulla Sutherland.

And this week winger Compton Purcell (18), prop Tepatasi Laumalili (18), halfback Noah Jensen (18) and loose forward Paea Sikuvea (19) have joined them.

The Warriors will have a new halves combination with Jett Cleary and Luke Hanson both named to play for the New South Wales Cup team this week as their development steps up.
