Jersey Flegg Team List: Back at home again

It wasn’t scheduled to work out this way but the One New Zealand Warriors’ Jersey Flegg Cup (under-21) side is at home for the second game running when it takes on the Sea Eagles at Go Media Stadium on Saturday (12.45pm kick-off).

Sydney’s atrocious weather last week forced the postponement of the Warriors’ away game against South Sydney meaning they not only had a week off but go again at home.

In their last outing at Go Media Stadium on March 31, the home side delivered its best effort of the season so far. Coming off heavy losses to the Sharks, Storm and Raiders, the Warriors regrouped to push Newcastle all the way before losing 8-18.

They also did it with a lineup boasting a number of players promoted from the club’s 2024 SG Ball Cup (under-19) side and that will be the case again this week.
