Milestones: RTS, DWZ eyeing 200-game mark

Roger Tuivasa-Sheck and Dallin Watene-Zelezniak are both closing in on their 200th NRL appearances in a 2024 NRL season packed with a number of major milestones for the One New Zealand Warriors.

Tuivasa-Sheck needs five more games to reach the mark as he prepares for his 11th campaign, his seventh with the One New Zealand Warriors in his return from his two-year rugby union hiatus.

His tally comprises 84 matches for the Sydney Roosters from 2012-2015 and 111 for the Warriors.

Watene-Zelezniak is 10 games away from his 200th – and three away from his 50th for the Warriors – after playing 106 times for Penrith from 2014-2019, 37 for Canterbury Bankstown from 2019-2021 and 47 for the Warriors since 2021.

As well as his 200 and 50 milestones, Watene-Zelezniak is in sight of taking his career try tally to 100 with his total sitting on 86 after his club record 24 tries in 20 games last season.

Mitchell Barnett and new signing Kurt Capewell are eyeing their 150th career games while Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad is four games away from his 100th appearance overall and Wayde Egan and Adam Pompey are 20 games away from playing 100 matches for the One New Zealand Warriors.

Shaun Johnson needs another 102 points to reach 1500 for his career.
