Tough day out for One New Zealand Warriors in SG Ball

No home joy for the One New Zealand Warriors as they fell 0-26 to the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs in today’s eighth-round SG Ball Cup encounter at Mount Smart Stadium.

The visitors struck three times in the opening 20 minutes to take a 14-0 lead and then extended that to 20-0 at halftime to assume control of the contest.

The One New Zealand Warriors were unable to ice opportunities on attack but hung in well defensively over the last 50 minutes of the game to limit the Bulldogs to just one second half try.
