Line-up named for SG Ball team's first home game

After winning their first two games on the road, the One New Zealand Warriors will belatedly play their first SG Ball Cup home game of the season when they face St George Illawarra in Sunday’s third-round clash.

The match will also provide a delayed debut for Pukekohe’s Navigation Homes Stadium as a new home venue for the club.

Cyclone Gabrielle’s imminent arrival put paid to the intended first home game at the stadium against Manly Warringah on February 12.

Despite having a week off, the One New Zealand Warriors were in potent form against the Melbourne Storm last Sunday, scoring 10 tries in a 56-18 win leaving them sixth on the ladder despite having a game in hand.

They now come up against a St George Illawarra side which has lost each of its first three matches against Canterbury Bankstown (14-26), Western Suburbs (10-18) and the 2022 SG Ball premier Penrith (12-38).
