Vodafone Warriors captain Addin Fonua-Blake has been confirmed to start against North Queensland in Redcliffe tonight.
The powerhouse front rower's prospects of playing were rated as slim on Tuesday when he was named in jersey #20 for the fifth-round encounter at Moreton Daily Stadium.
By Wednesday head coach Nathan Brown said Fonua-Blake's chances had improved, last night he was retained in the 19-man squad and now he has been named in the starting line-up.
Bunty Afoa now moves back to the interchange with Eliesa Katoa shifted off the bench to fill the 18th man role.
The other players on the interchange are utility Kodi Nikorima, prop Aaron Pene and second rower Jack Murchie, who comes in for his first appearance of the season.
The five players omitted from the initial expanded squad were hooker Taniela Otukolo, forwards Pride Petterson-Robati and Otukinekina Kepu, winger Junior Ratuva and centre Viliami Vailea.
