See what prizes are in monster raffle

Return Air New Zealand flights to Sydney* plus several memorabilia pieces are among a total of 31 amazing prizes up for grabs in “The Great Vodafone Warriors Charity Day” monster raffle at Mount Smart Stadium on Sunday.

The charity event overarches the Vodafone Warriors’ 19th-round NRL home game against Melbourne (4.00pm kick-off), the final leg of a triple header also involving the club’s Jersey Flegg Cup and Intrust Super Premiership sides.

The monster raffle ($5.00 a ticket and three for $10.00) will be one of a number of charity day features as the Vodafone Warriors bid to raise funds to benefit Shine, Ronald McDonald House, Paralympics New Zealand and KidsCan.

With ticket sales taking the attendance past 15,000 so far, the Vodafone Warriors’ crowd-based contribution is up to $10,000 so far while the total contribution from all initiatives combined is already sitting at more than $30,000.

Raffle tickets will be on sale at a booth in the Entertainment Precinct and from sellers around the stadium. There will be some eftpos sales but it’s recommended you bring cash (and a charitable heart). You’ll be helping four great causes.

Thanks to partners Air New Zealand and Swissotel, one of the major prizes – and the first to be drawn – will be return flights for two to Sydney, two nights’ accommodation and tickets to the Vodafone Warriors’ NRL clash against Canterbury-Bankstown at ANZ Stadium on Sunday, August 19 (4.00pm kick-off).

Now check out the full list of prizes to find out what’s on offer. Buy your tickets at the ground on Sunday to be in to win.
