New Vodafone Warriors owners Carlaw Heritage Trust and Autex Industries have confirmed their board directors.
The trust’s four members are Bruce Cameron, Kevin McDonald, Cameron McGregor and Selwyn Pearson.
Autex will be represented by Rob Croot and Mark Robinson.
An independent director is yet to appointed.
