Agnatius Paasi talked to Vodafone Warriors TV about the path which has brought him back home to Mount Smart Stadium.
His story is one which twice took him to the Gold Coast and has now seen him having a second stint with the Vodafone Warriors.
It's also one of sacrifice and one of longing to be back in Auckland among family.
