Vodafone Warriors prop Jacob Lillyman has been recalled to the Queensland side for State of Origin II against New South Wales at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday week (June 22).

The 32-year-old veteran comes into the side for injured Nate Myles in the only change from the opening match in Sydney.

Lillyman, outstanding in the Vodafone Warriors' win over Newcastle on Saturday, will be making his 12th Origin appearance.

He has the chance of being part of a series-winning Queensland side yet again with the Maroons 1-0 up after winning the opening contest 6-4 at ANZ Stadium.

In his 220th NRL appearance on Saturday, Lillyman made more metres than any other forward (157 from 17 runs in 50 minutes). Hi also played try provider, putting Albert Vete over for the first of his double.

Lillyman will now be unavailable for the Vodafone Warriors' encounter with the Sydney Roosters at Mount Smart Stadium (6.00pm kick-off).
