Three late line-up changes have been made for the Vodafone Warriors’ third-round Intrust Super Premiership encounter with Newtown at Mount Smart Stadium today (11.45am kick-off).

Konrad Hurrell, originally named on an extended NRL bench, will start in the centres while Zac Tippins comes in at hooker and former Vodafone Junior Warriors centre Semisi Tyrell has been added to the bench.

Tippins played nine times in what was then the New South Wales Cup last season while Tyrell made one appearance in 2015.

Both sides are coming off victories, the Vodafone Warriors swamping Wests Tigers 44-6 on the road last week and the Jets winning 28-20 away to Newcastle. Newtown drew with Canterbury-Bankstown in the opening round while the Vodafone Warriors lost to Illawarra.
