The Vodafone Warriors have today confirmed Ray White New Zealand has joined the club’s family of sponsors.

As an official Vodafone Warriors sponsor and also the club’s official real estate partner, Ray White will sponsor the newly-introduced NRL Ray White Coin Toss before each of the Vodafone Warriors’ home games at Mount Smart Stadium, starting with the third-round round clash against the Melbourne Storm on Sunday, 20 March (4:00pm kick off).

The coin toss is one of the key features on the match day programme for all games at Mount Smart Stadium. The two captains meet in the middle of the field, where a Vodafone Warriors member tosses the coin and has an opportunity to be photographed with both captains and the referee.

Ray White New Zealand chief executive Carey Smith said Ray White’s newly-announced partnership with the Vodafone Warriors aligned well.

“The Vodafone Warriors have a family focus and this is an important part of the Ray White culture and values,” he said.

“We are delighted to be on board with the Vodafone Warriors. The club has a high profile and wonderful standing within the community and this is an ideal fit for our offices and members across New Zealand.”

In addition to the NRL Ray White Coin Toss, Ray White will be offering real estate seminars for all Vodafone Warriors players, staff and partners as part of the sponsorship.

Vodafone Warriors managing director Jim Doyle welcomed the new association.

“Ray White becoming part of our sponsorship family will offer our club members the opportunity to have their real estate needs looked after by a very well respected and trusted company in New Zealand – Ray White Real Estate,” he said.

“Ray White has a broad coverage across New Zealand and this fits in with our member and fan base and we believe the new NRL Ray White Coin Toss will be a success.”

Ray White has 145 offices and successfully sells over 17,000 properties per annum in New Zealand. Together with this, Ray White facilitates a property management portfolio in excess of $9 billion which involves 16,000 properties.

Among its elite sales agents is former Vodafone Warrior Logan Swann, who is part of the Ray White Remuera team. He made 195 appearances for the club from 1997 to 2008.
