Keep an eye out on www.warriors.kiwi as well as our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels for coverage of the Vodafone Warriors’ NRL trial against St George Illawarra at Trafalgar Park in Nelson on Saturday (5.00pm kick-off).

We’ll be covering the build-up to the contest and we’ll keep members and fans updated by publishing a range of content throughout the match.

Edited highlights will be published on the website as soon as possible after the game.

The Vodafone Warriors and the Dragons have been working together in an effort to make live streaming of the game possible via our websites but unfortunately, due to a number of technical and infrastructure issues in Nelson, this hasn’t been possible.

Efforts to secure live coverage on SKY Sport have also been in vain.

The Vodafone Warriors have gone to considerable lengths to have the trial against St George Illawarra covered live as well; even more so when it became evident this would be Simon Mannering’s last game captaining the Vodafone Warriors.

Discussions have been on-going and further approaches were made this week. However, SKY Sport informed the club late in the week that it wouldn’t be possible to provide coverage.

So stay tuned to our website and social media channels to keep up to date tomorrow.
