Paul Tuli, originally named on the bench, will start in the front row with Amoni Tufui moving to the interchange.
The Vodafone Junior Warriors lie sixth on the ladder going into the match but will move to fourth if they win.
When the two sides met at Mount Smart Stadium on Anzac Day, the Vodafone Junior Warriors beat the Titans 34-12. The home side is 15th.
