Siliva Havili brushes through the pads.

Siliva Havili will start at hooker in a late change to the Vodafone Warriors’ line-up for their 12th-round NRL clash against the Newcastle Knights at Mount Smart Stadium today (4.00pm kick-off; match day sponsor: TNT).

Havili was originally selected on the bench for his first NRL appearance of the season with the veteran Nathan Friend set to be the injured Thomas Leuluai’s replacement.

Havili had six NRL appearances last year and also made his Test debut for the Kiwis as well as being in New Zealand’s title-winning Four Nations squad.
