The Vodafone Warriors will wear a special heritage jersey in two games this year to pay homage to the club’s foundations.
Inspired by the inaugural 1995 uniform, the jersey includes the names of the first 181 players to feature in an NRL match for the club. From Dean Bell to Suaia Matagi, the contributors to the club’s story over the past 19 years are recognised by being printed onto the strip.
The jersey features the Vodafone Warriors logo embroidery and is in those vintage 1995 colours of blue, red, green and white.
The players will don the strip against the Knights in round 12 and again in round 15 when they host the Broncos.
