Red Bull are perfectionists when it comes to keeping secrets, so this weekend – the Vodafone Warriors are too! We cant tell you what is happening, but rest assured, you won’t be disappointed. Red Bull intends to make an impact when the Vodafone Warriors open their 2014 NRL campaign against St George Illawarra at Eden Park on Saturday.
The NRL fixture kicks off at 5.05pm, the last leg of a tripleheader package which starts with the New South Wales Cup encounter between the Vodafone Warriors and the Illawarra Cutters (12.40pm kick-off) the NYC clash between the Vodafone Junior Warriors and the Dragons (2.40pm kick-off).
While Cyclone Lusi is threatening to have a say in proceedings, Red Bull has big plans before the NRL match and at halftime but won’t say what is on the cards other than encouraging Vodafone Warriors members and fans to “make sure you come early, bring all your energy and be prepared to be revved up!”
Apart from Red Bull’s entertainment package another special game day feature will be the launching of the 2014 ‘Win a Suzuki Road Warrior’ competition. It will run at all home games during the season; all members and fans can enter but they must attend a home game to be able to do so (see details below).

WIN A SUZUKI ROAD WARRIOR COMPETITION
The Win a Suzuki Road Warrior prize competition is a promotion for the 2014 Vodafone Warriors season.
To enter into the prize competition you must attend a Vodafone Warriors home game, enter your contact details and answer the question stated.
Entry is only open to New Zealand residents, aged 16 years and above. Members of the Vodafone Warriors board, employees and their immediate families, and the Vodafone Warriors’ associated Sponsors and employees are ineligible to be in the draw to win.
A person may enter once only per Vodafone Warriors home game. One person will be drawn from all those eligible. The winner from each Vodafone Warriors home game will then have a one in 11 chance to win the Suzuki Swift drawn in Round 25 at Mount Smart Stadium, date to be confirmed by NRL.
To be eligible for entry into the final draw, you must be present for the Round 25 home game at Mount Smart Stadium, date to be confirmed by NRL, to claim the prize. No proxy representation is allowed. The ballot will be re-drawn until a contestant that is present in person is drawn.
There is only one prize of a 2014 registered Suzuki Swift XS2 Super Black Automatic. The vehicle will be supplied with 12 months’ registration and a full tank of fuel. The vehicle will have been registered to Suzuki New Zealand and travelled some mileage due to the promotion of the Road Warrior during the 2014 season.
All entries become the property of the Vodafone Warriors. Vodafone Warriors is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, incorrect or misdirected entries. The Vodafone Warriors’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner acknowledges that, to the extent permitted by law, the Vodafone Warriors accept no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage, illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the winner winning the prize and the winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk. If the prize winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the prize winner's parent or legal guardian.
The Suzuki Swift prize will be made available for collection within 10 working days of the Round 25 home game.
The Vodafone Warriors reserve the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the competition and to update these terms and conditions on www.warriors.co.nz without notice. The winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in collecting the car prize.
The prize winner may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize. The Vodafone Warriors reserve the right to request the prize winners to provide proof of identity at the nominated prize collection address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Vodafone Warriors. The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Should this competition be cancelled notification will be published on the Vodafone Warriors website after Round 25 home game, date to be confirmed by the NRL.
The winner’s name and photo may be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the prize the winner agrees to make himself/herself available for this purpose.
