Raymond will bring his big fend and hard running to the Auckland Nines at Eden Park. He is a highly talented back rower that formed good combinations with his fellow 2013 Vodafone Junior Warriors, especially when linking with his right centre Solomone Kata.

Educated at Edgewater College, the highly promising Raymond made his NYC debut as an 18-year-old in 2012 and went on to make six appearances.

He made rapid progress last year, establishing himself as a first-choice player and also earning promotion for a stint in the New South Wales Cup with the Vulcans before returning for the NYC finals. He is another player who has been upgraded to a fulltime NRL contract with the club this year.
