Loose forward Todd Lowrie is likely to be sidelined for up to three weeks after picking up a rib injury in the Vodafone Warriors heavy loss to Penrith in last nights 10th-round NRL clash at Centrebet Stadium. Photo: Photosport.


In his 68 minutes on the field, Lowrie made 41 tackles only hooker Nathan Friend (44) made more on a night when the Vodafone Warriors were forced into heavy defensive duty as Penrith handed them a club record 62-6 loss.


Following todays medical review, Lowrie faces two to three weeks out of action.


If he recovers quickly he could be ready for the Monday night encounter with Brisbane at Suncorp Stadium on June 3; if not his first game back shapes as being the 13th-round match against Manly at Mount Smart Stadium on Sunday, June 9.
