Vodafone Junior Warriors head coach John Ackland has made only minimal changes to his line-up for the teams first match of the season at Mount Smart Stadium on Easter Monday.

Kicking off at 3.45pm, the fourth-round NYC clash against North Queensland is the second leg of a tripleheader starting with the New South Wales Cup encounter between the Auckland Vulcans (1.35pm) and finishing with the NRL contest between the Vodafone Warriors and the Cowboys (6.00pm).

Following the Vodafone Junior Warriors first win of the season last Sunday a hard-fought 24-20 victory over Cronulla there are just two changes to the starting line-up named on Tuesday. Ken Maumalo, who made an impressive debut from the bench against the Sharks, starts in the centres while James Taylor returns as a starting prop after missing the last two matches.

Maumalo 80 metres from eight runs last week comes into the side for Lafu Feagaiga while Taylor is in for Sam Lisone, who is included on a seven-man bench.

Of the other seven players listed on the extended interchange are Sam Cook and Solomone Kata, both in line to make their debuts should they make the final cut. Cook, a Northcote Tigers utility and Westlake Boys High School product, offers utility value while Kata was a schoolboy rugby union star in the Sacred Heart College First XV.
