Knights: Gehamat Shibasaki replaces Enari Tuala in the centres and Tim Glasby starts at lock, with Herman Ese'ese shifting to the bench. Lachlan Fitzgibbon returns from a hamstring injury in the second row, with Aidan Guerra moving to the bench and Brodie Jones out of the side. Pasami Saulo dropped off the extended bench on game day, while Phoenix Crossland and Starford Toa were cut from the squad 24 hours prior to kick-off. The Knights have won their past two games against the Broncos.

Broncos: New recruit Issac Luke starts with Cory Paix moving back to the bench. Kotoni Staggs has been sidelined after suffering a hamstring injury at training on Sunday. Corey Oates goes back to the wing, Herbie Farnworth moves to centre to cover Staggs, Alex Glenn and Tevita Pangai jnr return in the second row and Joe Ofahengaue moves to the bench, with Rhys Kennedy out of the 17. Kennedy and Jamil Hopoate were omitted from the squad on Thursday night while Tesi Niu and Tom Dearden dropped out of the game-day squad. The Broncos have not scored after half-time in their past three games.

Rabbitohs: Souths are unchanged after thumping the Titans last round. James Roberts and Mark Nicholls were the last two men cut an hour before kick-off. Wayne Bennett said last week that he wanted to give Roberts a bit more time to reach full fitness. Corey Allan and Keaon Koloamatangi were omitted from the extended bench 24 hours before kick-off. The Rabbitohs have won nine of their past 10 games against the Warriors.

Warriors: Star back David Fusitu'a, who was quarantined after staying a week behind in Auckland for personal reasons when the team left for Tamworth ahead of the season restart, is a late inclusion and will play on the wing in No.18. The reshuffled backline sees Patrick Herbert move to the centres, Gerard Beale to the wing and Adam Pompey drop out. Agnatius Paasi replaces King Vuniyayawa on the interchange with Chanel Harris-Tavita also dropping out of the squad on Thursday night. Isaiah Papali'i was omitted an hour before kick-off. Warriors fullback Roger Tuivasa-Sheck requires one try for 50 NRL tries.

Panthers: The Panthers will start the match 1-17 after Jack Hetherington and Caleb Aekins were the last two omitted. Dylan Edwards returns from injury at fullback. Liam Martin replaces the injured Kurt Capewell in the back row and Billy Burns joins the interchange. Mitch Kenny and Brent Naden were the players to make way from the initial 21-man squad on Thursday. The Panthers have won only two of their past 20 games against the Storm.

Storm: Marion Seve will start in the wing spot vacated by Josh Addo-Carr - who is expecting the birth of his child and is out of the side. Paul Momirovski, who was initially named to replace Addo-Carr, is out of the team. He and Max King were the last two players dropped from the squad. For the third straight week, Brandon Smith will start at prop, with Christian Welch dropping back to the bench. Jahrome Hughes (broken hand) was cut from the extended squad a day before kick-off. The Storm have won four from four at Campbelltown Stadium.

Roosters: Prop Jared Waerea-Hargreaves (back) should suit up after being close to playing the Bulldogs on Monday. Eels: Prop Kane Evans is unavailable after being suspended for one game for dangerous contact in the win over Penrith. Oregon Kaufusi replaces Evans on the Parramatta bench. Brad Takairangi and George Jennings were ommitted an hour before kick-off and David Gower and Jai Field were the two players left out 24 hours before the match. Raiders: The Raiders will start 1-17 after Bailey Simonsson and Tom Starling were the two players omitted an hour before kick-off. Sea Eagles: In a late change, Sean Keppie (No.16) will start at prop with Taniela Paseka dropping back to the bench. Abbas Miski ad Haumole Olakau'atu were the two players left hour an hour before game time. Martin Taupau (dislocated thumb) and Moses Suli (finger) are the two main man missing from last week. Curtis Sironen returns from injury in the second row for Corey Waddell and Morgan Boyle joins the bench. Toafofoa Sipley and Cade Cust were the players to make way from the 21 on Saturday. The Sea Eagles have won nine from 12 at Campbelltown Stadium.

Sharks: Matt Moylan will play for the Sharks with William Kennedy joining Scott Sorensen as the two players to drop out an hour before kick-off. In another late change, Braden Hamlin-Uele will start with Andrew Fifita to come off the interchange bench. Bryson Goodwin starts on the wing with Mawene Hiroti and Connor Tracey dropping out of the extended squad 24 hours before kick-off. 

Jack Williams returns to the starting side at lock with Toby Rudolf to come off the interchange, while Siosifa Talakai and Royce Hunt on the bench. The Sharks have won five of their past six games against the Bulldogs.

Bulldogs: Brandon Wakeham replaces Lachlan Lewis at halfback, with Sione Katoa the other player to drop out of the initial 21-man squad on Saturday. Aiden Tolman is again unavailable for selection as he is in the midst of a quarantine period after a negative COVID-19 test.

Morgan Harper and Jack Cogger were the two players dropped from the squad an hour out from kick-off.

Reimis Smith replaces Nick Meaney in the backline, with Jake Averillo moving to the wing, Renouf To'omaga starts at prop, Sauaso Sue goes to the bench and Kerrod Holland replaces Morgan Harper on the interchange. Bulldogs five-eighth Kieran Foran has won 12 from 15 against the Sharks.
