Can I choose my seats?

The Faithful & The Legacy Members can select their seats online when processing their membership. If members (renewing and new) wish to sit with a friend or group this will be considered dependent on the seating allocation schedule and seating availability in the area (it would be advantageous for these requests to be submitted together).

How can I pay for my Membership?

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Debit cards: Accepted where they are backed by VISA or MasterCard
  • Cash and EFTPOS: Payments can be made via the Vodafone Warriors office at Mt Smart Stadium. DO NOT send cash via post.
  • Part-payment over six one-monthly instalments (see next question for further details)

Please note all charges against credit cards will appear on your statement as a payment to New Zealand Warriors Ltd. There are no credit card fees.

Can I pay my membership off by part payment/instalments?

Yes, there are part payment plans available to members. Vodafone Warriors offer members the choice to pay their membership monthly. Should you wish to take advantage of this option you can sign up online at or by calling the memberships team on 0800 839 839. There are no additional fees however late payments will incur a $10 failed payment fee.

Your first instalment will occur upon successful completion of purchase with the remaining instalments occurring on the 15th of each month until all six instalments are complete. Please see Vodafone Warriors T&Cs for all details.

Rolling renewals are automatically applied to members paying by instalments. Rolling renewals will mean the membership is automatically renewed into the same seats and packages for subsequent seasons, at the updated and relevant price. Prior to the renewal rollover members will be given a 14-day period in which to make any changes or upgrades to the membership package, or to notify New Zealand Warriors Limited in writing that they do not wish to roll over (strict timeframes apply).

Can I make extra payments on my part payments?

Yes, you can make payments for whatever amount you like whenever you like at no additional cost. To make extra payments members will need to call 0800 839 839 or email their payment request to

Renewing Members

How do I join as a 2020 member?

Memberships can be purchased:

  • Online via the Vodafone Warriors website
  • Over the phone by calling 0800 839 839
  • In person at Vodafone Warriors reception at 2 Beasley Ave, Penrose, Auckland

How do I know if I am a renewing member?

Renewing members are members who held a reserved seat membership in 2019 and chose to renew their membership for 2020. Full season adult and child renewing members are given a same seat guarantee period from 12th September – 26th September.

How can I make sure I get the same seat in 2020 as I had in 2019?

If you wish to retain the same seats you held as a full season member in 2019 for 2020, you must renew your membership before 26th September 2019. After this period, all seats that have not been renewed will be made available to members wishing to change seats/add seats or to new members wishing to secure a reserved seat for 2020 when new memberships go on sale on Wednesday 9th October 2019.

How will I know if my membership application has been received?

Members who book online will receive an email confirmation (to the email address specified in application) on receipt. Members who complete in office, over the phone or online can reprint or have their invoice and receipt printed and emailed by logging into

How do I apply for a carpark pass or Sir Peter Leitch pass?

Car park passes and Sir Peter Leitch passes are sold on a first in, first served basis. Available passes only become available when members do not renew. If you would like to apply for either of these passes you can email or by calling 0800 839 839 to be put on a waitlist.

When will I receive my carpark pass or Sir Peter Leitch pass?

Members who have purchased a carpark pass or Sir Peter Leitch pass will receive these separately to their membership passes. Car passes and Sir Peter Leitch passes will be sent via courier from Mt Smart Stadium before the season commences in 2020.

How do I join for 2020?

Memberships can be purchased:

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Memberships are the perfect present. When purchasing a membership as a gift, please note that an automated email is sent to the address registered to the account. If you do not wish for the recipient to receive communication, please use an alternate email address.

The account details can be updated once the membership has been received/gifted.

If a gift certificate is required, please contact the Memberships team on 0800 839 839. A gift certificate will be sent to the nominated address when payment has been made in full.

Please note gift certificates are not valid for entry to the venue, they will need their membership pass and lanyard.

What age is a child?

For the 2020 season, a child is from 3 years old up to (and including) 15 years old (on 1st January 2020). Children 2 years old and under are free when sitting on an adult’s knee. Please note that no seat is allocated for free children.

Can children attend games at Mt Smart Stadium without an adult?

Any child membership purchased must have an accompanied adult membership purchased. If these are not purchased in the same transaction, then the name of the adult who will accompany and take responsibility for the child attending games at Mt Smart Stadium must be provided to the memberships team via email on

General Questions

Can someone else use my membership?

Yes. If a member is unable to attend a match, the membership card may be given to a friend/relative for use. Please be aware that entry to the stadium will be subject to the category of the membership (i.e. an adult will not be admitted with a child membership pass). However please note as per the Terms & Conditions of membership that the member is ultimately responsible for their card at all times and must ensure that anyone using their card is aware of their responsibilities/limitations of use. Members can also log into AccountManager to txt or email a temporary paper ticket to a number or email of choice.

How do I replace my membership card/ticket if it is lost or stolen?

Contact the Vodafone Warriors memberships team on 0800 839 839 to arrange a replacement at least 72 hours prior to kick-off of the next home game. At the discretion of the memberships team you may be reissued a season pass, given paper tickets temporarily or an EZY-ticket/paper ticket for the remainder of the season. The original card/ticket will be cancelled and a new one will be issued. A fee of $30.00 applies for the replacement of each lost/stolen card/ticket.

What is the Vodafone Warriors’ refund and exchange policy?

All refund requests received in writing before January 31, 2020 will be assessed by the memberships department. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the Vodafone Warriors and may be refunded in full or partially. All requests must be submitted via email to and cancellation fees may apply. Memberships will not be refunded on the basis of specific seat allocation or dissatisfaction with elements of the membership entitlements.

My membership passes were sent to an incorrect address. What do I do?

Packs are sent to the address on file at the time the membership was purchased. When you renew or purchase your 2020 membership, this is the best time to double check that all your details are up to date. If your memberships have been dispatched to an incorrect address, that was not updated at the point of purchase, replacement orders may be organised for an additional fee of $30 prior to the 2020 season starting. You will need to contact the memberships team in writing via with the updated/correct address for the replacement packs to be dispatched to. In some circumstances, the Vodafone Warriors may request you collect your membership packs from the office.

How do I take advantage of my 10% members’ merchandise discount?

This can be accessed by showing your membership card at the merchandise stores on game day or during the business hours at Mt Smart Stadium. As a member you have access to exclusive prices and discounts at the official Vodafone Warriors merchandise online store, If you have previously registered on the website, it will take about a week to change over your status to member once you have purchased a 2020 membership. If you have not registered before, please register to the store and the system will allow you access to pricing once it has been updated. If you need immediate access to the members ‘pricing, please email or and we can manually update your account for you.

How do I update my contact details?

Can I add a friend of family to one of my membership seats?

Yes, members are able to assign one of their seats to a friend or family by either emailing your request to or by calling 0800 839 839.

Please note, basic contact details separate to the original account holder will need to be provided. Those details are full name, date of birth, contact number, physical address and email address.

As a member can I request players to make a shout out or have items signed?

Requests can be sent to However, requests must be authorised by the RLPA due to their limited signature allocation.

Game Day

Who can come into the members clubrooms?

When available, access into the members’ area at Mt Smart will be exclusive to current 2020 members. Admission will be granted on presenting your 2020 membership card. Access is not guaranteed for use at every home game for 2020 and will be open only at the discretion of the memberships team and stadium management.

How do I purchase extra home tickets?

Members receive an exclusive 10% discount on match tickets. To take advantage of this special offer please visit the Vodafone Warriors office at Mt Smart Stadium or call 0800 839 839 and speak to one of our memberships and ticketing team.

Discounted members tickets must be purchased before Thursday of game week and the discount is not available at the gates.

What can I bring into Mt Smart Stadium?

You may bring:

  • A sealed bottle of water (up to 1 litre). However, please be advised that the lid will be removed and discarded on arrival.
  • A bag that can fit under your seat, no larger than 350mm x 300mm x 400mm.
  • Small snacks such as homemade sandwiches, biscuits, small packets of chips, confectionery
  • Guide dog
  • Banners, placards and flags at the discretion of stadium management

How do I get to Mt Smart Stadium?

There are plenty of public transport options to get to Mt Smart Stadium. Penrose train station is located within a five-minute walk of the stadium and we are located on popular bus routes. Head over to to see the best way to get here using public transport.

If coming to the stadium via private car, stadium carparks are accessible only to those who have a valid carpark pass (limited numbers available) and streets surrounding the stadium are no parking zones for events.

How can I purchase a valid car park pass?

We have a limited number of carpark passes available for purchase, with renewing & The Legacy members given first priority to purchase car passes. Our carpark pass allocation was exhausted in 2019. However, members wishing to purchase a carpark pass in 2020 are welcome to put their details on the waitlist by calling us on 0800 839 839 or by emailing

Where are the mobility parking spaces?

Access to mobility parking spaces are very limited and require a valid mobility pass to be displayed. Mobility parking is located on Beasley Avenue and within the Mt Smart Stadium parking area, accessed through O’Rourke Rd entry. Please note, parking spaces are available on a first in first served basis, so please ensure you arrive early to secure your space. Alternatively, members/ticket holders with a mobility pass displayed, can be dropped off at Gate C.

How can I nominate or participate in members game day benefits?

Members will be sent exclusive emails weekly where you can request your interest to participate in one of our game day member only benefits, numbers permitting.

How do I redeem my ticket entitlement for my Capital membership?

The Capital members must email with their request of what game they would like to use their ticket entitlement for. Members must send in their request by midday Thursday the week prior to kick-off for the chosen game.

How can I use my ticket discount for The Insider membership?

Email to register and request the game of your choice and we will arrange a discount code (subject to availability). 

When registering for your ticket entitlement, all requests must be received by noon (NZ time), Thursday the week of the fixture.

Your membership pass will not gain you entry into a game, so make sure you contact us to arrange a ticket and avoid any disappointment.

How do I attend functions in my region?

Functions are held throughout Australia and New Zealand during the season. As each function is released, we will notify our members within the region. Information will also be available at and on our Facebook page. Certain functions will have associated costs to access.
