I had a Mt Smart Membership in 2022 what has happened to my membership and seats?

If you held an active 10 game or 5 game ticketed membership for 2022 you will receive first rights to purchase that membership seat again for 2023. Your new membership will be sent out to you closer to the 2023 season commencement. If you opted for a refund in 2020, 2021 or 2022 you will need to sign back up for a new membership in 2023.

I had a Full Season Mt Smart Membership in 2020 what has happened to my membership and seats?

For our 10 game Mt Smart members, 4 of these games have been held in 2022, the remaining 6 games will be part of your 2023 membership. The 2023 membership will come at a small cost for the remaining 3 games that are played at Mt Smart Stadium in 2023. You will receive a membership pack once this has been paid.

I had a 5 Game Mt Smart Membership in 2022 what has happened to my membership and seats?

For our 5 game Mt Smart members, 4 of these games have been held in 2022, the remaining 1 game will be part of your 2023 membership. If you wish to upgrade to a full season (9 game) membership in the same seat for 2023, you can do this by clicking through to renew your membership on the main membership page. You will not receive a 2023 membership pack in 2023 unless you upgrade to a full season membership. If you do not wish to upgrade to a full season membership, you will be asked to download your ticket to this one game closer to the time.

How will I know if my membership application has been received?

Members who renew/purchase online will receive an email confirmation (to the email address specified in application) on receipt. Members who book over the phone or online can reprint or have their invoice and receipt printed and emailed by logging into https://am.ticketmaster.com/nzwarriors

How do I make changes to my membership?

If you wish to make any changes to your membership, please contact us at memberships@warriors.kiwi Please note, there is a renewal grace period of 1 month (ending 3rd October 2022) where more seats might become available if other existing members move out of their seats.

Examples of changes include:

  • Changing the classification of your membership (e.g. Child -> Adult)
  • Changing names against your membership
  • Adding additional memberships to your account
  • Changing seats

What age is a child membership?

A child member is aged between 3-15 years as at 1 March 2023. Children 2 years and under are free of charge and do not require a ticket or seat at the stadium.

How can I pay for my Membership?

The following forms of payment are accepted:
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Debit cards: Accepted where they are backed by VISA or MasterCard.

All ticketed members can choose to pay via instalments at the time of purchase. These instalments are automatically charged on the 15th of every month until your account has been paid off.

Do I receive a merchandise pack with my membership?

Members who purchase a ticketed Mt Smart membership (or those members who have rolled over from 2022 as a full season member for 9 games in 2023) will receive a membership pack. This pack will contain a member’s cap, card, lanyard, and other items. Membership packs will not arrive until just prior to Christmas and will be delivered to the postal address on your account. Due to international shipping delays, we are unable to confirm at this stage the exact date the packs will arrive.

How do I choose my seats and when will they be allocated?

New Ticketed Members who apply online for a reserved seat package will choose their seats at the time of purchase.

 

How do I update my account details?

Please click here and login to update any account details. If you have any trouble with your password, please follow the Forgot my Password prompts. Ensure you use the email address that we have against your membership account.

 

Can a friend or family member use my membership card/tickets?

Yes, all you need to do is give them the tickets or card to gain access to the stadium on game day. We do not check names on the membership when they are used. Anyone who uses your membership must follow all terms and conditions set by Vodafone Warriors, Ticketmaster, and Auckland Stadiums.

 

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Memberships are the perfect present. When purchasing a membership as a gift, please note that an automated email is sent to the address registered to the account. If you do not wish for the recipient to receive communication, please use an alternate email address.

The account details can be updated once the membership has been received/gifted.

If a gift certificate is required, please contact the Memberships team on memberships@warriors.kiwi. A gift certificate will be sent to the nominated address when payment has been made in full.

*Please note gift certificates are not valid for entry to the venue.

 

What is the Vodafone Warriors’ refund and exchange policy?

All refund requests received in writing before March 1, 2023 will be assessed by the memberships department. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the Vodafone Warriors and may be refunded in full or partially. All requests must be submitted via email to memberships@warriors.kiwi and cancellation fees may apply. Memberships will not be refunded on the basis dissatisfaction with elements of the membership entitlements.

How do I take advantage of my 10% members’ merchandise discount?

As a member you have access to exclusive prices and discounts at the official Vodafone Warriors merchandise online store, www.warriorsstore.co.nz. If you have previously registered on the website, it will take about a week to change over your status to member once you have purchased a 2023 membership. If you have not registered before, please register to the store and the system will allow you access to pricing once it has been updated. If you need immediate access to the members' pricing, please email memberships@warriors.kiwi and we can manually update your account for you.

Can I sit with friends/family who are also applying for ticketed membership with reserved seats on a separate account?

When you apply for a ticketed membership with reserved seats you will choose your seats at the time, so to sit together you can select tickets alongside to one another at the time of purchase.

Non-Ticketed Memberships

How do the non-ticketed memberships work?

Non-Ticketed Memberships or Fan Passes do not include tickets to Vodafone Warriors 2023 regular season home games, instead including merchandise and member benefits. These memberships do not include a member pack and are digital supporter memberships.
